I was in the middle of nowhere on a pipeline near Cameron, WV. I set my GPS base up near an intersection in the back country (dirt roads) and she came up to me and started meowing and pawing at my boot.

She's incredibly healthy, fur was very clean, no dirt in her eyes, paws were clean, didn't smell, and had no ticks or fleas on her. Someone had to of dropped her off, she's not feral and she's not shy of humans,

they at least had somewhat of a conscience because they dropped her right beside a flowing creek for a water source. She slept on my right arm the whole way home and then woke up and explored the truck and myself.

I brought her home and gave her some grain free food and fresh water and she's currently sleeping now. Next Monday I will be taking her the to vet and getting a check- up and her vaccines if she is old enough to get them. Her name is Ryder (since she rode by my side. the whole way home).

Entire-Ambition1410 Please make sure she's separated from your other cats until she gets ok'd by the vet. And introduce cats slowly and properly so the established cats in your home don't reject her.

socom123 OP Quick update: I introduced her to Cheese and Lexi and they both sniffed her for 10 mins, and then went on about their day. I switched out their toys to her, and then back to them so they would taste/smell her scent. I also did the same with their blankets. I would leave the door cracked just an inch or so and had them come up to her through the crack and sniff her. No hissing or growling or

hair standing up or anything. I am still isolating her in the spare bedroom atleast for another week or so until I can verify and trust that the other cats will treat her with respect and take her under their wing without any issues or conflicts of territory. Cheers
